HandsFree Networks provides
the infrastructure for truly pro-active and cost-effective technical support.
We deliver a significant and quantifiable improvement over the current situation to all user
communities, from small organizations to large enterprises.
HandsFree
Networks' Automated Support Infrastructure (ASI) is network independent.
It automatically resolves problems that occur on any system networked or
standalone, client or sever, desktop or mobile. And fixes the rest
interacting pro-actively with a network accessible support center.
In a
typical end-user installation, a copy of the ASI client, relatively
small, with minimal impact on performance, is installed on each
supported system together with a database of automated solutions and
procedures stored as executable code. As the ASI client detects a
problem, it retrieves its solution from the database, if one is
available, and executes it automatically, or under the supervision of
the support provider.
ASI’s real-time detection and task automation capabilities make it the
ideal last-line intrusion protection solution combining the benefits of
centralized management and control with comprehensive real-time
intrusion protection both inside and outside the corporate network.
HandsFree
Networks's ASI also performs system management, maintenance, and problem
prevention activities. The extent to which these activities are
automated is under the total control of the support provider.
Automatically resolving recurring technical problems and management tasks
lets a HandsFree Networks-based support operation scale to easily manage
and support millions of devices. Our partners are able to serve large
numbers of customers, charge affordable fees for ongoing support, and be
profitable.
