Helping Companies Move to a Managed Service ModelWe believe in contributing to our partners' success, so we have designed a program that aligns our revenues and profitability to those of our partners. We have strategic relationships with numerous managed service providers, many of which are global leaders. We do not expect you to buy hundreds of software licenses or to pay sign-up fees. Ours is a unique, pay-as-you-go model, where we bill based on the exact number of desktops and servers being managed every month. There are no minimum purchases. We do not place any restrictions on what our partners charge for their managed service, and encourage them to place their private label on our services offering and sell it under their own brand. To be a HandsFree Networks Partner, an IT service provider or an MSP is required to sign a partner agreement and pay HandsFree Networks a small retainer. This payment is not a sign-up fee but rather is an advance credit to be used as a declining balance against the partner’s future invoices. Partners may terminate the agreement at any time by giving HandsFree Networks one-month written notice. Unlike systems that provide monitoring or just one piece of a solution, HandsFree Networks provides an integrated framework for implementing our knowledge and expertise as solutions to your customers.
