Up-to-date, detailed configuration information of any system being supported (client or server) can be retrieved at any time, in real-time, via the HandsFree Networks site management facility.

HandsFree Networks Asset & Inventory tracking can track system information from DMI, WMI, SMBIOS including device type, serial numbers, interface details and chassis details, MAC number, domain name, IP addresses and hardware properties of the devices.

In addition to the relatively static information related to a system's hardware and base software, the asset management facility collects detailed application and system environment related data including:
