It involves information on ReSOFT start-up/shutdown and network deployment, user activities information, information on devices on the network and execution of programs on a system. It enables the monitoring, tracking and controlling of all important system related issues. Our managed services solution automates regular maintenance tasks and optimizes your IT infrastructure management.

ReSOFT – Protection through strength and flexibility:

• Client Start-up & Shutdown - Automatically shuts down and optionally restarts all ReSOFT clients on the local network.
• System Restart & Shutdown -ReSOFT can shutdown a system and restart it as scheduled or on-demand. It does so after gracefully terminating execution of all programs ensuring safety and retainment of data.
• Scheduled Program Execution - Executes a program as per schedule or on-demand. This can be done along with system restart also.
• User Logon and Logoff Tracking - Detects and reports all user logon and logoff activities on a system. This feature enables tracking of users and strengthens security.
• HandsFree Client Network Deployment - Automate installation of ReSOFT client on one or all machines in a subnet.
